Education is key to addressing any problem.  Failure to educate yourself with regards to a particular issue is like trying to drive a car with a blind fold, the result may not be what you want.  The issues of youth, crime and violence are complex, failure to understand the issue can result in a great deal of time and money wasted when trying to develop solutions, further failure to understand the complexity can result in not only a waste of time and money but aggravating the situation.  As such Operation Future endeavors to educate themselves and the general public with the goal that by becoming educated and applying knowledge to the problem solutions can be developed that are culturally sensitive and workable. 

In this vein Operation Future will strive to host seminars seeking the most qualified people possible to aid us in assisting our youth.
